  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I decided to take another pic, even though I'm still carrying the TL-29 exclusively.

So here's another cluttered old tool pic:

I don't know if you can call this traditional, but I carried it today. It does have slipjoint properties.

A Queen Canoe in Amber bone that is slowly accepting a grey patina.

It is a great knife, the main blade is so solid and the second blade is so thin.
A great combination

Well since I have started "collecting" I have always had at least one American made slipjoint on me. But today I decided to go foreign.

That Hen and Rooster looks beautiful. Is this before or after the company was bought out by Frost Cutlery?

Today, I decided to carry around my Opinel #6. Need to build up a proper patina.

Buck 301 Stockman, I've been using it as a beater edc. I looked closer, are these really made in the USA?

I am 99% sure it is from before Frost took over. When did they take over?

It is a beauty. And I can not believe this is the first time I have carried it. It's fit and finsh is excellent. And is arm hair shaving sharp right from the box.
