Yup, a custom by @Stacy E. Apelt - Bladesmith that I got from @Gary W. Graley a while back. It's really neat, Stacy took actual watch gears and shaped them to the curve of the pen then set them in epoxy.Is that a steampunk pen? I've never seen anything like that before. Pretty neat!
