What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I love your animals in nature photographs Sacto Sacto and @Peregrin ! I am going to take a walk about and see if I can come up with anything interesting.

Have a Blessed Sunday everyone!
When we got back to the house today, we were unpacking the car and saw the same bear walking by in front of the house.

Nice pocket slip. It kinda reminds me of one I got from John. I also enjoy watching it age.

Brother I smoke. Pipe in the morning, seegar or pipe midday, and seegar to finish in the evening.... on an average day.

TheFactor TheFactor -- wow, amazing collection!

I enjoy the occasional cigar, typically unwinding on my porch or by the outdoor fireplace in the back--always with a little bourbon, and sometimes with a company. I may grab a Hemingway Short Story.

That was me 7 years ago plus cigarettes.
When I stopped I gave away around 6 or 7 fully stocked humidors from Cohiba pre-bans and not LOL to just about every top shelf cigar. I actually would bid on them as a hobby in auctions. My brother would send cigars from Chicago to me from the same guy that made cigars for George Burns. He would use the sweeter leaf on the second half of the cigar so it would help counter that as the cigar got smaller and stronger ,man they were good! I kept one small humidor when I quit with just a handful of favorites.
I smoked for over 30 years  Every once in a while I’ll pop open the humidor and give them a sniff and feel enjoying the smell of cedar lined humidor and rich tobacco. When the day comes and my days are numbered I will fire one up :) maybe a cigarette to but probably not the pack with four left and bic lighter that been in my drawer for over 7 years when I quit lol.

Been at it almost 30 years myself. Put the cigarettes down 7 years ago, don’t intend to quit as I enjoy it ....time will tell.
Those are some fine smokes to sit on. I do like Padrons.

Beautiful leather slip and wouldn’t expect nothing less from John’s craftsmanship.
That bear looks pretty comfortable in your area but I still wouldn’t trust him that’s for sure:eek::D

I thought about just smoking a cigar periodically but don’t think 7 Plus years of not smoking is long enough. There is still a good chance I could fall off the wagon and grab a pack of Marboro red box on the way to the cigar :D

I'm sure this beauty is a wonderful carry, as well; great shot!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

THank you kindly JJ :)

It's a bit of a drive for me as well, which is probably a good thing too, less temptation to browse there! We'll get together and I'll bring my sharpening stuff too and touch up a blade if you have need. And of course coffee stop and a knife...

Photos please! :D

Stupendous pair from Porch designers, Jack!:cool::thumbsup:

Thank you, Jack. I hope you enjoy being in your 50s for a few more days. ;)

Thanks Rachel, only one more day I'm afraid :( ;) It doesn't seem like long since I turned 50, and that still sounds old! :D ;)

Have a good week folks  Got my Hartshead Barlow today, and a Covid-proof Boker Plus Atlas for Metal Monday
