B BrotherJim : it finally came in the mail!
You get that sharp corner rounded off, as you suggested , and you are going to really like it . I would also suggest that you put a Rawhide lanyard on it .

Earlier I was thinking about what I'd like to carry Saturday and couldn't decide
Soon I nodded off and dreamed about some old guy (like me) who had dozens of knives (like me)
On a table (in a dimly lit room) the old guy had all his knives spread out
He looked at me and smiled, 'Pick any one you like' ... I couldn't decide
SOooo ... that didn't help ... these might work though
BK-11 and a Teardrop

Great suggestions! I took the extra-fine sanding block to it earlier and am very pleased. I love the rawhide idea!!! All the pieces I have currently are too thick for the hole🙄, so I will either go grab some tomorrow, or find/make something else to string through. But I am so far VERY impressed with this Plow👍👍

It's that time of year again: the ornamental Apple has burst into bloom and it's light nearly all day. 3 am the Cat and I are looking out of the window at an enormous Hare passing by (she didn't like that ) Maybe 5 hours twilight at most. odd :D

Since the Apple is so beautiful, i took a picture of a beautiful knife with it some years back and it is today's carry.

Thank you very kindly, Jack!!! That's a very cool find; Imperial was quite a strong player in it's day. :)

The 66 really hits that "sweet spot" for a handy pocket totes; adding it to your Hartshead certainly creates a cool and outstanding pairing!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Todays totes are a couple from Cattaraugus; a black covered Barlow and a Whitt-L-Craft Scout. :)
Definitely JJ :) Thank you for the kind words my friend, that's another excellent pair you're showing, I don't recall seeing the Barlow before - though I have the memory of a goldfish these days! :D Cool Scout too, and they pair nicely together :)
Happy Friday all! Mail call from @Redmeadow Knives in Montana, and straight into the pocket :)

Congratulations Mike, looks good  :)
Thank you, Jack. Excellent carry choices, as usual. I like that pin you have, it reminds me of one that I have on my Alpine hat - I call it my "Black Phillip" pin (movie reference).

Still carrying the little fixed today, it goes nicely with a Lambsfoot.

Thank you very much Dylan :) I had to look up that movie reference! :D That's a very cool pin :) I originally bought mine to mount on my walking staff, but still haven't decided :D Fantastic pair in our favourite colours :)
Got out on the kayaks with my oldest daughter today. It was a good day.

I bought some Leather Shoestrings and used the Plow to shave down one end to get it started through and then it would pull on through . Just don't have a Loop or anything that will catch on something and tie it off so that it can't get under the blade and then you are good to go . It really is a pretty good user for the price point .
