There are some similarities in our experiences, Jeff, Amir Fleschwund Amir Fleschwund . I enjoy reading your goings-on.

I do not “golf golf” anymore, gave it up when it was a luxury I could not afford while saving up to snow ski in the winter. My frisbee partners are black labs that never miss and drop it back at my feet.

Disc golf is cheap, fun and I’m never in a hurry or bothered by a bad shot. It’s good just to get out and see some gradual improvement (I am about a bogie player on average). Long ago, self-preservation became my top sporting priority.

We've got a fire on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land three-quarters of a mile from the house - 131 acres, forward progress stopped, 20% contained. Got the Expedition packed - go bags, water, snacks, papers, etc.. We're not leaving the house because if we do, we might not be able to get back in. All this said, I've added this Buck 112 to my belt.

OK, can't "like" this. Good luck. Speaking from past experience (flood not fire) its better to go and not get back in, than not go and wish you had.
