Great looking meal Jeff!Salad is 100% homegrown, except the cauliflower. I had lousy cauliflower out of the garden this year.
Romaine, spinach, kale, arugula, beet greens, radishes, cherry tomatoes, green and red onion, shredded beet root, cucumbers, chopped snow peas... all have done well this year. All of these, and wax beans have been replanted for fall harvest. I usually have good luck with late plantings as long as the days to maturity comes before the first hard frost. I stopped succession planting spinach and romaine until it gets cooler. The spinach thrives even after frost and even snow~ last year we were eating fresh spinach at Thanksgiving.
