Whatcha got on order? (Traditional Knives Only)

I don't use the term "grail knife" often or lightly, but this will be one of those rare cases. I couldn't believe someone still had a couple of these for sale.

I'll keep it and use it for a while, then add (subtract?) an EO notch and it will be my PERFECT knife.
Can't wait to get it in my hot little hands!

To me, it's a personal thing... not about rarity or cost, but about being "that perfect knife for me." - I'm sure it means different things to others. It's likely that as soon as I get it I'll find a new knife to obsess over. :)

I think most of us "knife nuts" are like that i know i am, when i got my #66 Calf Roper i thought this will do me just right, but it has not stopped me ordering a #68 Buckaroo which is basically the same knife and now a #66 Slim so i will have three knives with purple sage covers, it makes no sense especially as i am now carrying my #85 Bullet Jack. So keep enjoying your obsession you are not alone.
OMR.

I have my first Northwoods on the way. A Fremont Jack. Can't wait!

I just got my first Fremont on Monday and, fingers crossed, my 2nd will come today. I ordered the smooth oiled bone and the ivory.

AMDG, what covers did you choose?? :)

I went all out and got ivory covers (looks like you did too :-). I am very much looking forward to this knife as it will be the first time I have owned a knife (let alone anything) in this unique material.

Just got two MAM (Portugal) knives. One liner lock and a small friction folder. Supposed to be similar to Opinels - IMHO they're not! Save your money and stick with Opinels.

I just got my ivory Fremont! Just beautiful, thanks to Derrick and crew!

I hope yours is as nice as mine; you won't be disappointed.

See, I ordered the oiled bone in a panic before the big "ivory reveal", I didn't want to miss out on getting an example of this pattern, plus it won't hurt to have a "user" as well. :)

I see all of Derrick's ivory Fremonts are sold out. They went fast. Might have been one of the last opportunities to snag a reasonably priced new elephant ivory scaled knife. They looked classy.

I have a SwissChamp with Hardwood scales on the way, Buck custom shop 112 still waiting..

I have a fremont jack on order with ivory handles it would be my 2nd elephant ivory handled knife as I have a viper already in elephant ivory, it is such a beautiful material. I can't wait till it comes in Saturday. It will also be my 1st fremont so I'm super excited to see how the pattern feels in hand. Hey Kiteman72 you should definitely post pics please!!!
