I've been regretting selling the 2018 #77 medium barlow in Ironwood. Really wanted one of the linen micarta versions. Paid out the nose a little but scored a NIT one and it's on the way.

I had a bonestag mini trapper. It was the sharpest knife I've ever owned. I cut myself three times taking pictures of that darn thing.
Excellent. I love thinly ground blades. Sounds perfect.............. other than the dizziness from blood loss.

Boker Junior Scout stag. If it is anything like in this picture it should look stellar.
Nice clip blade with a long fine point, it's as it should be.

Just ordered a this knife it's made by a company called Antonini of Italy . They come in different sizes and are very similar to opinel . The one I ordered is the mediam sized walnut handle with carbon blade . They are also available in stainless steel 420hc .

After months of searching, a Tools for Gents SFO 14 is on its way to me from Germany. This was the last variant I was looking for, and my quest is now over thanks to a generous tip from a collector who doesn't know me from Adam, and the very kind original owner who was willing to part with it--and ship it stateside--for a very reasonable price.
This will be my 14th knife from this particular 14 run, which sounds like an appropriate place to stop (I think).
