With all of the SFO news with GEC I decided to pony up for a Maher & Grosh Yankee Whittler. I’ve always admired them, but never felt the pressure to try one out until it seems like there may not be anymore; and I can’t afford secondary prices. I think I got the last one in their stock in cocobolo. I’m excited to see how this three blade feels! I’m not a big fan of multiple blades, but I love the 78 pattern, and I like both clips and spears!
I really enjoy the #29’s. So I have one of these jigged bone M&G versions on the way. With the end of SFO’s this might be one of my last chances to get an M&G that I like.

Joshua and Trav,
Congrats. These are both stout, versatile, and extremely very well built knives. I like them a lot (use both). I hope you are as pleased as I am when they arrive. Some recent pics.
Happy July 4th,
JB
