Daniel, thanks, there was no paper micarta in Argentina, so after much leg work I found someone who can make it for me and I sell it to local knifemakers (this post is bordering what my subscription allows so I better not talk much about supplies). If you need more info please PM me.
This particular micarta is made of two tones of ivory, I like it this way because it allows you to create very nice patterns, the black bolster is also two tones paper micarta.

Thanks!
So is it equal ratios of colored paper? Very cool, Well done!

Brand new to the forum and really stoked on being able to share my knives with everyone. Still fairly knew to knife making so any constructive criticism is much appreciate.
I don't have any pictures of my "shop" (aka basement) but here's my latest knife.

yes, one layer each color, pre impregnated with phenolic resin and hot pressed. An industrial process, very consistent, not something done at home.

Looks good.

Spent yesterday working on redesigning the blade of our coho outdoor knife. It will be a fully flat "ground" blade instead of the previous saber style grind.

Had the city Office of Economic Development come out to the shop (garage) to do a video interview. It is always fun for me to see what people use in these. I spent 2hrs talking and ended up at 1:30min of video. I think next time I might hide some of the camping gear.

Darcy... those bolsters do look awfully scratched up, bud. But it does have the illusion of a pattern in it that is pretty cool. You'll have to chip me off a piece of the magic sidewalk you dragged that thing across.;)
