yesterday in my shop. Two knives .....

and disaster, the inverter that controls the motor suddenly goes wrong! It is set to more than 7 feet tall, but seems to have gone in short circuit!





after a lot of money ..... I replace it and re-starts!

That drive does not appear to be dust tight. You may want to enclose the drive, or you will likely have the same issue soon. Also, you may need a way of keeping it cool in the enclosure.
 
Kitchen knives looks pretty nice! What are those lines in the blade?

Thanks! They are CNC milling lines. We leave them in on some of the knives (still have to buff a lot to clean them up off the mill though). A lot of people actually really like the unique look. Helps food stick less too in our experience and based on customer feedback.

Thanks for explaining. I thought the were milling lines just wasn't sure. It gives a really unique look indeed and it's a bonus that it makes the food stick less! :)

Yes is not dustproof, I have place away from the sander, but it is not sufficient!
