Is that ivory paper micarta on the triplets? I'm realizing that I really like the look of any knife I see with a similar looking material. Might have to try it myself some time. All your knives are beautiful, but I find those three especially sexy.

Adding onto that question, is that natural canvas micarta pins in the first knife? And also, amazing work.

Thanks guys! Glad you like them. :)

Here are the first couple knives off the power hammer I just built. Cable Damascus on the right and the other is 1084 powder with meteorite a quick etch at 80 grit.

Brock Cutlery Brock Cutlery holy wheel Batman!

Piddling around having a go at my third leather sheath. Having some fun trying out some carving/tooling on this one. Waiting on a delivery from Tandy so I can try antiquing on it.

Nice, I'm looking into building a hammer. A little less costly as a press.

Well, N Natlek if I can get this fully figured out, I’ll make you one. Just finished doing the antique. I didn’t get the results I wanted. I don’t believe I made my lines deep enough with the stylus, so the antique just wiped right back out when I wiped it off the high surfaces. The final look I guess isn’t horrible, but not what I intended. I did try putting leather sheen on the borders and images as a resist while leaving the background without to get a two tone. That part seemed to work. It was died Spanish Brown prior to antiquing. It will still need another coat of sheen over the entire thing once the antique dries.

Just finished this Gyuto 210mm in 3mm 14C28N at 62 HRC with cryo treatment (yay for the new dewar!). It's ground slightly convex and finished to 400 grit. The handle is Micarta with G10 liners and finished to 800 grit and polished. It's sharpened convexed at 15 DPS.

This one's for a family member's birthday in a couple of weeks. I love to gift these to family and friends who have never experienced a really sharp kitchen knife that stay sharp for more than a sallad. That may actually be my new slogan. ;)
