I agree with Natlek. I'd seperate your logo and that info. Maybe put the steel and HRC on the other side?
I'd like your logo as

Freddy, For some reason my computer now has a distinct odor of a single malt ... maybe an Islay?
I am going to disappoint you. It's a grape distillate (called "loza" in croatian) similar to pisco or grappa. It's made all over Croatia, mostly on the coast. It can be made from the leftovers of wine production (grappa) of from fruit itself (pisco).

This was my first try to barrel aging myself. It's been aged 3 months in a 5 liter oak barrel. I was surprised at the result - small barrels can achieve a lot of flavor in short time, but the trade off being that not all aging processes can take place in such a short time. Still, very enjoyable.

In the mean time I bought larger mulberry and cherry wood barrels and want to experiment with making plum and Williams brandy and rum.

Friend of mine make *loza* from selected grapes and keep them in smoked from inside oak barrels.... I offer him liter for liter any whiskey he chooses...he does not accept the offer. That is why I am often his guest 🤣
The only drawback is that a lot of precious liquid is lost in the wooden barrel................

I make many knives from HSS circular saw steel and from power hacksaw HSS .... I like that steel and I have lot of used saw so why not ? I don't think I've ever mentioned or even read it here about HSS saw fact that they are not of equal thickness over the entire surface .It is useful to know, especially for beginners .
This is 320 mm Dia . 2.5mm thick M42 HSS steel saw .It is 2.5mm thick at the teeth and measured very close to inner circle it is 2.35 mm thick . So when you draw a knife, make sure that the blade/cutting edge is facing inwards . It is especially important to know this if you are making a knife with guard , draw it upside down and good luck with fitting guard :) And don t ask me how I know that 🤣
