M2 HSS steel 2.2mm ...................240 grit edge ,it bites like a laser

Fitting handle . . . .. It is little tricky , tang is pretty long

And this is reason why I left tang so long ...................balance . Bonus is stronger handle of course .Done , 52100 5mm on spine and 0.2 BTE , 6.5 inch blade 5 inch handle and total weight 240 grams

File , surface ground to 5mm , tempered on 200 Celsius and just 1 inch wide .I have lot of Puukko knives so ................small dagger Lot of fun grinding on two inch wheel , like it !
Finish on bevels are from 40 grit ceramic on 32 m/s

The space around the inserts will be filled in with black epoxy.

I need a favor, some volunteer to make something that looks like a handle on this..... this one is for butcher and he has big hands, just needs to look like handle it scares me

I also finished this one , again for butcher , both are hunters I'm eating meat for free this winter

There are no volunteers , I had to do it
Cross cut micarta , 5mm on spine and 0,30 on edge 52100 .Heavy knife...I want also to cut some branches are words of butcher/hunter
Done ! And if they think that I will make them sheath ..............we need to start new negotiation

Tell to your friend that if he break that ring with fingers you will buy him gold one I get lot of free beer that way ..WHAT ? just to break this ?? And then they pay beer
I like that knives , but why you don t leave whole scale from that beautiful marble carbon ?

I like that knife , but why you cut front of scale straight ? Little radius there would look much better?

Every knife is different. I’ve done full carbon fiber scales before. I may do it again. These ones did not want to be full carbon fiber scales. The suretouch is included for aesthetics and grip. If I were going to make a knife for myself with carbon fiber, this is how I would do it.
