I thought it obvious the suggested clip doesn’t allow for tip down, but that was me assuming. Sorry for the confusion.

Deep pocket clips are deeply confusing to me .
Plus those clips just make it hard and slow , to draw the knife .
Not bad , but your clip is too loose fitting in the pocket for my carry ...and still slower than the wave method .Let me help assuage your confusion:

You can, with practice , draw any waved knife without opening . Then open manually . As slow and quiet as is necessary .DocJD I don’t like fiddling with my pocket when I have work to do. I expect to never use it in a defensive manner. But it’s definitely not slow or hard to take out. And I’m not forced to take it out ready to cut. With a wave I would be. So this way I get the option to not have to brandish a knife.
