What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

Crazy thing happened last night, I forgot to tell you guys. I swatted a mosquito that landed on my leg, but I kind of wiped as I hit it. Well he must have stuck his proboscis in already because the craziest thing happened: When I took my hand away, skitter was done, but also I noticed a little slice where I had swatted. I think I dragged his little poker face along and actually cut myself with it as I swatted/slid the little bugger accross my leg.

Lesson learned: don’t swat mosquitoes on your person with a smatchet. 😲
 
Is there any information on how durable that Copper Damascus is?. I would think the Copper would tarnish quickish.
 
I need to do more research before I do it again including talking to the maker of the billets.

The war with mosquitoes is at a gruelling draw and continues with sporadic predictability but this man has been patient and presumably would be more patient still but I even almost feel the time I have taken typing this on m
