What's that you're eating?

I already had the anchovies but bought some canned clams and pizza dough mix to make that clam & anchovy pizza that I previously was talking about:

But then I saw this at my local Grocery Outlet and thought I'd try using it as a shortcut:

So, I baked the frozen pizza for 10 mins (1/2 the recommened time) and added the clams, anchovies & a extra handful of shredded mozzarella on top and then baked it for another 10 mins (for the total recommended time of 20 mins):

And this was the result:

Tasted pretty good, even though it wasn't made from scratch:

I'm still going to try to make one from scratch but now I know that I don't need to bother doing that. :)

Chicken breast cut into bit sized pieces. Marinade has red wine vinegar and soy sauce as the major ingredients, other spices. Fried and browned in a pan. Taken off and placed over a paper towel.

The pepper that are different colors. They look like jalapeno but have a taste that resembles bell pepper. Cut up. Onion, corn and a real jalapeno. Seed core removed . All fried separately from the chicken. In butter.

Then the chicken is added back. Mixed around. As the rice cooks. Regular old American rice, with some salt added.

Served with the chicken mix over rice.

Pre-plan for tonight. Fried potatoes. I haven't decided on the meat, yet.

I sliced the potatoes not too long ago. They're soaking in some salted water in the fridge.

Game plan, I'm going to fry some bacon. Removed after cooked. Corn oil added to the bacon grease. The potatoes will get a dusting of flour. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder as they begin to brown. The bacon will get crumbled and spread out on the potatoes right before getting served.

I believe we have some boneless pork chops. We had chicken last night. So pork is fine tonight. I'll probably batter the pork chops.

Green beans, steamed. Creole seasoning on those. Maybe a sprinkle of brown sugar.
