Please elaborate on this as I'm really curious about the ingredients. It kinda looks like gyro meat in sauce with rice cake.

Pizza night tonight before a storm blows in. I would have had more pepperoni to go around if my 2.5 year old sous chef didn't eat it first.

There' a See's Candy Store less than 5 mins from my house that I try to avoid as much as possible but something just drew me there the other day.

I don't eat a lot of sweets but these are my favorites.

I already ate 1/4 of a box and, if I'm not careful, the 2 boxes won't last more than a week.

If anyone has a Papa Murphys in theory neighborhood, I recommend trying their Cinnamon Monkey Bread! It's surprisingly good, I ate more than half and had to go back the next day for another one!

Chili prep tonight. It's technically fall, but still nearly 100 degrees, so I'm not chuffed about making chili. But the wife requested it, so here we are.

Eye of round roast, cubed.


And veg.


Spices, tomatoes, herbs and broth added after searing it all in bacon grease. Results will follow tomorrow.

I ate a supper based on this while I was assembling the chili, one of my favorite quick meals these days.
