One of those "what can I pull together in 20 minutes" kinda nights. Lucky for me, Colman's mustard is easy to assemble and the kimchi was particularly lively.

I concur. The lid popped off and nearly half the jar popped out with it. Never seen cabbage so eager to be eaten.

Honestly, probably the best pasta dish I've ever had. I'd share just to get someone else's opinion. I can't believe sauce that simple is that good.

Homemade noodles would probably take it up a notch, but ain't nobody got time fo dat!

Prickly pear are coming in. Some people call them "tuna," and I have no clue why.



Needs to ripen for another week. Unripened pears taste like a watery tomato. Ripened ones can be very sweet but typically have a light flavor.
