What's that you're eating?

After the results of my recent cholesterol test, I've been advised by my doctor to stop following this thread.
Hey, in my lasagna I used low fat ricotta, 2% skim milk mozzarella, and made my own sauce with probably 50% less salt than restaurants. All of that means that one portion only shaved 3 days off of my life instead of the usual 5. Follow me for more healthy(ish) cooking tips.
