Yoko, funny you ask. Have had a bottle for a while and never used it til last night. Wasnt sure how to use it so just put some on after it was done cooking 🤷‍♂️ Didnt hurt it anyway.

We are gonna be getting rainy cold weather for the next week here in Kentucky. I saw that today was gonna be sunny so I ran out to the store last night and got the fixins.
I love slow cooking meats! It gives my weekend purpose and brings lots of smiles from family.
 
Was craving carbonara after thinking about it the other day. Different every time, but I really like it with that Hempler’s cottage bacon. Nothing about this is authentic but it’s tasty. Hard dry Parmesan, egg, pine nuts, heavy cream, salt & pepper. I mix everything with the raw egg, then add it to the pasta over very low heat at the end. Olive oil to finish.
