I do only if there’s a lake of grease sitting in the bottom of a pan because I assume it’s the 80/20 stuff I used to buy when I was single. Actually did stick it in the freezer for a while to get it a bit more settled but to actually freeze it,,,hmmm,,will stick a piece in there and and report back

But cheese on my burger always makes me feel a little ill. Why is sausage and pepperoni on a pizza just fine with my stomach, but not the ultimate burger? God forbid you add bacon too!![]()
