Dang, you folks pay more for knives than I do for guns.

Scary isn't it?

My custom folder from Keith Coleman at $320 is my most expensive follwed by my Benchmade Forum knives. They cost me $200 for each one.

Judging from those goofy ebay prices of late, I think my Spyderco ZDP-189 Calypso has now taken the lead!

Gerber BMF. Non saw top. Dad gave it to me when I was 15 and we started hunting together. Won't sell it for a million dollars. Am in search of another one for use. The knife my dad gave me won't be used for anything serious, except maybe hunting, because of it's sentimental value. Great knife. Has good weight. Too darn collectable and hard to find.

Microtech Troodon D/E BK Ser

Mark Laramie Gents folder,Exhibition Grade MOP,Mike Norris Damascus Raindrop,Mike Sakmar Mokome bolsters, 24k torque screws, Sapphire stud for the thumb to rest on when opening her up.

Chuck Hawes Random Damascus personal protection fixie Sambar Stag head pounder handles.

Skyblade knife made by Todd Orr, Bobcat 4.35 in blade 8.75 o.l. with rich dark cocobolo scales. The knife is sooo sharp I cut myself twice after it first came. I tried to polish the blade and sliced myself two times!

Christmas??? Still looking, thinking Busse. But I love knives made ONLY FOR ME. It's nice knowing yours is the ONLY one on Earth like it. Those are my favorite EDC blades. I enjoy all of my blades but customs are way above factory IMHO.

Peace.

Today, a Sebenza that I got for about 300.00 total

In a couple of months, a Randall that set me back about 450.00

Funny thing in that I once considered a $40.00 knife expensive:eek:

Tie between my Randall custom Combat Companion and my Bob Dozier Classic. Both were around $400 each.
