whats your grail knife ?

CR said that think twice, cut once. Before you buy any knives, just stop and think days then speak to youself if I should buy it? What it will be used for? And then pay for it as long as you make the decision.

For me it's a Direware Hyper 90. I have one on order and am just biding my time. It's been just over a year, so far. Nothing fancy. No wild grinds. No exotic coating or finishes. Just simple and functional. I have sold off my remaining knives to fund this. I am hoping to edc this. For now, my only knife is a new orange Delica. In the end the Delica will be my work/beater knife. Having had more than I few knives over the years. I have compiled my own "never buy" again or waste of money list.

Well Ive had 2 grail knives lol...the first one I own is a CS Laredo Bowie in SM3...shes a real hunny! flawless, polished, fit and Finnish is outstanding, the bowie grail for me at least...The second is the Fällkniven Thor, I'm still staving for that one, and she's gonna be a user, its funny when people blow tons of money on these knives and they never get used! pshaw....wouldnt want to use that 500 Busse or fancy Sebenza lol.

Mine is this SURVIVE! GSO 4.1 I just got in today, I have the dark green micarta handles I want and a Carbon Fiber kydex sheath with Tek Lok on the way for it and it will be exactly how I want it then. It's ridin in a Condor leather sheath with the weird jade handles until the rest of my stuff gets here.

Yeah.. Those SURVIVE blades are just fantastic, I have a 6, nothing could be more easy to get razor sharp, PHT did a great job on that CPM 3V.

I'd have to go with some of the beauties that tuffknives has been posting on instagram recently. They are gorgeous, and at the price I'd assume he's selling for, it would go on a pedestal on my mantle.

First: A mint Parrish 8" survival knife: Probably the greatest hollow handle design ever, though I hear yet again (as with the Chris Reeves One-piece) that the edge-holding is compromised with a low RC of 55: With such a shallow sawback and a strong spear point, that is really unecessary...

Al Mar SF 10. Not a great design from a functional point of view, so I will never spend the huge price it requires now... The blade wastes a lot of chopping power by being thin -3/16"!- and especially being double edged. Also the primary grind line is very low, if helped by the hollow grind, and I don't like upturned points with deep rounded bellies near the tip. Sawback design is sound for its intent, but inefficient for what is needed on such a knife. It is still very desirable: It just looks so different from all the other hollow handles!

Most of my grails aren't hard to find. They are knives I want because they appeal to me aesthetically but their prices aren't justified to me. Like the ZT 0888 or an Emerson Specwar. Great folders but I cannot justify those prices.

I think if I had to pick it would be The EDX by Joe Caswell. I'm fairly sure I will never have the opportunity to own one. The rarity AND demand are just too high :(

Be careful what your wish for. I wanted a Spydie Stretch CF for several years and recently acquired one. Now my life is hollow with nothing left to yearn for....

A tuffknives Switch(hopefully w/ a tritium inlay) If you have one hit me up. Hyper 90 was as well but I scored one.

Sebbie 21 and a plain old CQC 7a. Ergo's for the CQC and just an absolutely first rate, none better I have found build quality for the Sebbie. keepem sharp
