Here is what I'm assuming is a Geo. Schrade Pull Ball. I have a picture of the small stamp on the shackel but I didn't post it. It was in near mint condition when I got it a year or so ago, but unfortunately the plating was screwed up on one side so I had to have a local Jeweler replate it. The Jeweler had to use Platinum because he said nothing else would adhere to it.

Here is a set some what similar to what Hal posted earlier

I had to break out one of my 167UH's for this tomato I grew this past summer, it was close to 2 1/2#'s

Hi Wannacollect,

Love the PLATINUM pull-ball knife!!
And that set is VERY NICE!!

It's 23F here in Boston tonight
Could REALLY go for one of those tomatoes right now!!!!!!!!! Family-Sized

Bill - Nice knives. I like that set of five. Do not think that one is common at all.

I know there are a ton of these made and out there but I am cleaning up a Uncle Henry 885UH. It had been used and carried for years but I don't think ever sharpened. Lots of edge rolling on all the blades and lots of rust/discoloration on the brass liners. Soaking in WD40, scrubbing, and some work on my Edge Pro and it is looking better. Very nice working stockman pattern.

Still some clean-up work to do....

New edge set at 40 degrees inclusive. Now it shaves hair like crazy

I'm still amazed at how well the blades fit together with no rubbing or wobble

Three down and one to go. Still tracking the OTC80. These are 2000 SFO Edition knives. I think it is a strange name, calling them Old Timer Classics. But, they are nice knives with pretty bone handles.

Hi,thawk

I do have a OTC80 but it came in a white box, marked OTC80.
I have seen them without the blade etching - Once I seen a numbered OTC80.

Koldgold - Does yours have the etching on the blade? I've seen some without. I've seen a few for sale in the tin, but not for a long time.

I prefer a fixed blade fillet knife for the field, and I also really like them in the kitchen, but these folders are of high quality and very pleasing to me as a collectible.

I beleive the Schrade 881 in above picture is one that I handled and did the jigging on. Don't know where it came from, but if I remember correctly, it was in a collection I sold Blue Ridge Knives.

Herman

Good hearing from you Herman! hope you are keeping well? Definately some nice jigging on the 881 above.

Russell

You mean to tell me, I sold a Herman Williams custom to Fran, without knowing it???
I believe I bought that knife from Tommy of Blue Ridge during the Oregon show a few years back., and sold it on to Fran. Actually sold him all three of those knives!
Fran, you owe me big time!!:D
Nice job, Herman - are your marks on it??
