Far as I can tell Yes.

Thank you Larry and Stelth. Here is another IXL Schrade stockman and a 808Y, for size comparison.IXL001.jpg

Well, the technology has leapfrogged me again; I can't seem to post images as I would like anymore.

They are a nice handful those large Schrade/IX*L Stockman knives Calvin!!

34OTMiddleman-the tang stamp is ground away & the centre blade is a bit bent.
I'd value any thoughts on authenticity.
cheers

It's hard to tell for sure from the picture. The sheepsfoot blade might just be crinked so it fits in the liners, but Schrade did grind off the tang stamp on factory second knives. Is there any carbon tarnishing on the blades?

That utility knife in the middle is a nice looking Rough Rider. So is that big fixed blade knife, nice blade.

Nice cigar box knives Liveitloud, can't beat that bone!

Yeah I like it. It came with the box but the inside green part where the knife sits is all ripped up. Love that bone!

Quick and dirty cell phone shot...

Chacgo Cutlery BT P19, almost certain this is a Schrade.

The "Break Through POINT" can best be seen on the back side of the lovely saber ground Clip:

Are these serrations the ones patented by Albert Baer as "Wonda Edge" ?
Nice knife, eh ?

I am sure that is Schrade. The nail nick would typically place it as Walden vintage, but with a contract, who knows? The serrations appear to be the same as Wonda Edge hunter I have, but I have not seen them placed only at the tip of the blade before. I would guess the wood to be American Black Walnut (?). Roland, don't you have a Buffalo Bill hunter that should be at my place?

Do you mean the 12" FB that was my give-away ? Is there a BB Folding Hunter ?
Calvin, please elaborate to help my amnestic brain.
roland

Thanks Thawk
you can just make out "SCH" where its ground off.
could be a second due to that wonky blade?
no tarnish even the inside is clean .off the bay so ???
The RR I bought for my youngest son and for the ridiculously low price I find nothing wrong with it-old style can opener as well.
The big one I made at a couple of weeks ago at a weekend bladesmithing introductory course just outside Sydney-hand forged
Tallowwood handle-went with my eldest son as a treat for finishing high school last year. Some kids get a car- he gets to make a knife & his turned out better than mine!
cheers

Calvin, now i remember: " Roland, don't you have a Buffalo Bill hunter that should be at my place?"
This one: (i have another as well but a bit tarnished)

It's an 8OT of course, but this one is very nicely done.

I'm super happy to have bagged this one! I've wanted one for a while and it will be my first guthook pattern LB7-type.

Sellers lose out when they don't put "Schrade" in their titles and this auction drew little attention as a result:

Complete with all bling is extra nice too.:thumbup: When it arrives I will scan it all up.

Here are some links to Larry's example where I first saw this knife:
