Hal,
That set of trouts looks great! Now I know there's one less buyer out there to compete with to complete my collection of them!
Dang it Hal I don't like you
I want to have a full set of them trout knives!!
Crammed through my mail slot today, this knife was inadvertently sent to the wrong address! Fortunately, both addresses are mine
!
This is one of those knives that appeared on an on-line store, and I happened to browse it a few minutes later!
Four inches of slim stockman, bearing all the goodness of Schrade!
Except for the blade rubs, the scratches and lines are on my poor abused scanner, not the knife.

Nice snag on that 51OT, Russell! I like those knives. It's a sizeable piece of hardware, that's for sure, and looks in great shape. I'd say your "chance" paid off.
I love the sweet Buy-it-now's that pop up every so often. Yesterday I grabbed a 125OT that looked almost new and unsharpened, with sheath, for $10.00. And last week, I got a package deal for 167UH filet and a 165UH, both with sheaths, both USA made, and both likely never used, for $49.00 together. Keep an eye out, and you'll come across something nice once in a while. But you gotta be quick to pull the trigger before someone else finds it!
Glad to see you got the set on the Scrimshaw 503sc's thawk. I do like the sheath idea for the Colonial Barlow!
Here's a knife I picked up on a $20 "buy it now" looked rough in the pictures, thought I'd take a chance, the blade is full, just afew minor scuffs here and there, cleaned it up a bit. This is the first 51OT I've bought, always eluded me because of the high prices they seem to command.
Russell
