Very nice. Larry303 has a thread on the BB166. Several mint in box examples if I remember correctly with different tang stamps.

Although I've had a few Schrades join my collection before this one, this is my latest. It's in pretty dang-good shape and a knife that I've considered me Grail for a wee bit.
That is pretty nice! Dimensions?

My only gripe with it is the cracked corner of the box cover, you can see it in that one pic. All in all I'm liking this addition, it's a huge knife too!

That is a great acquisition Motey.
Fantastic knife and sheath, box/papers too!

A nice one! And not a real common find these days, particularly with the box and bling. We've posted the history of these in the past and the forum search tool will turn it up. Made in conjunction with a fundraiser for the Buffalo Bill museum. Incidentally, the same blade was used on a Sears "American Eagle" series knife, albeit with a Delrin handle and metal pommel.

Bought it as it , took my stones and fixed the broken tip . Not bad for 7 dollars.

Good save on a user. You can adjust the kick if you need the new point to sit deeper when closed. Dale Vincent (Orvet) fixed a tipped knife for me some years ago and it works as good as new, even if it doesn't look like it.

I didn't have too. Thanks I also got a Shrade Walden 8OT stock man in derin and it cleaned up nice .

Got a Uncle Henry Stock man and a Master Mechanic M89 stock man in the mail today.
If the Uncle Henry is a 4" knife, it's an 885UH King Ranch - Stockman.
If it's smaller it maybe a Ranch - Stockman.
Both knives are nice to own... Ken

Schrade not bein' what it once was the last Schrade USA I've gotten albeit quite a few years ago was this Schrade Cut County Walden NY Wurlitzer Ring Opener in Nickle Silver.
