I really like the 'Racer' 110..I was hoping for a 112 that was designed in that style. There's so many possibilities for advertising or other Special projects I had hoped it was just beginning but maybe the expense to mold unique handles was too high.
 
Stopped by a local Gunshop yesterday morning that keeps a small amount of Buck Knives in stock. I had seen the 112 Slim Pro S30V models there before Christmas (you know how a knife gets on your mind and keeps calling to you??). The shop had brown and black handle variations, I chose the black because it had a perfect edge. Carried it yesterday, it carry’s just like the 110 Slim Pro - light and unobtrusive. OH

Thanks to Makael Makael I was able to obtain two more of the SK Blades 501 "Goodfella" CPM-154 knives. This has become my go to for EDC. You can see how beat-up and discolored mine has become from use over the last year (top). Now I have a couple of backups.

I surely miss the SK Blades creations. IMO they designed some of the best combinations of steel and handle materials.
