That is a great 113.

I can honestly say yesterday was a banner day for my small collection of Bucks. I added six yesterday! Three were in the mail and three I found at an antique mall that I stopped in on a whim when I was out and about.

At the antique mall, I came up on a guy rearranging his case. He had a bunch of knives on display so of course we got to talking. He had inherited a bunch from his uncle and was getting rid of the vast majority of them. Among his assortment, he had three Bucks. The first one I spotted was a 2 dot 112 that other than a little green on the bolster, was pristine. It looked very nearly unused. The sheath also, other than where his Uncle put his name on the back, was near perfect.

The next one was an early 422. Again, I can't tell this one had ever been used. It came with the sheath too.

I also bought a cocobolo/brass 120 from him that I haven't yet taken pictures of. It's been used, but not much. I got them all for what I thought was an excellent deal. I gave a maybe a little more for the Bucklite, but a lot less for the 112 and 120. So I went away pretty pumped.

The Buck joy did not end though. When I got home I had a box from Post Falls and a package from Minnesota. I found a really nice 3 dot 110 on the bay. My first 3 dot. It was in really great condition and had what I considered beautiful scales on it so I hit the buy it now button. I have to sharpen it up a little and decide how much I want to carry it.

Finally, I got two new ones in a box from the factory.

A green 110 Slim Select. Again a first. I have a few 112's but no 110's until now. I think it's going to be a great user.

Finally, the one I was really looking forward to getting was the web exclusive 110 in S35VN. I have a few 110's in S30V as go-to working knives and really like the way they perform. I was glad to see Buck making the original ebony/brass 110 now in S35VN. It's the one I'm carrying today.

That's all for now. I have to step back and enjoy these for a while. I assume though the BOTM is going to be something I really want. And the coffers are dry once again. Oh well, there are far worse things.

Fantastic haul!

Here is the 120 I mentioned in the post above. I was disappointed I didn't get in on any of these cocobolo/brass offerings when they were available. I like the weight of the brass. This is my first 120. Not sure what I will use it for but it sure is purty and I got it in a deal I couldn't pass up.
