Wheeler's Steel * Stuck in the metal with you

Coop, I just got word that the knife is currently en route to you.

Nick your a stud! I am a very new wannabee knife maker, until a read all 34 pages of this thread I didn't realize how green I am.
In the 34 pages I just read, I got more info from this thread than I have from searching the internet and youtube for the last two years.
Thanks for an awesome thread.

I'm still in shock after seeing Coop's astounding images of this knife. My heart swelled so big and started pumping so hard, my neck actually started to tear as my noggin almost popped right off. Fortunately the stapler was within range and I kept my head. But OH MAN OH MAN!!!...

they haven't been posted yet.
By tomorrow night, for sure:)

Oh man... I can hardly wait. This has been, for me, one of the best and most informative threads on BF and I can hardly wait to see the final photo. I know that Coop will have done it proud.

Coop did an amazing job, and I'm totally unbiased when I say that this is the finest knife photo he's ever made ; )

This knife, as you have been following, is well constructed and uses the finest of materials. My experience handling it, confirms that.

This is the real deal. The knife IS this beautiful.

(Open the photo in a new tab to see it without the forum compression.)

It's finally on the way via USPS International Mail to Lorien. I'll expect it to arrive in about a week. Maybe less.

In the meantime, we have this image. :) Thanks, Nick for sending this to me!

Beautiful work with the knife, and beautiful photography Coop. You are definitely talented behind the lens.

BEAUTY!!! Coop if you have a full-sized image that I could use as my PC Desktop... I'd love it. I tried getting it to open in a new Tab but was unsuccessful... :(

Beautiful indeed. And one of the more stunning handles I have seen from both an aesthetic and ergonomic standpoint.

Good on ya Coop!

Roger

Great finish to one of the best threads ever on BF :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Thank you

Just finished reading this thing from start to finish. Thanks for all of the effort that was put into the photos and captions. This was probably the most detailed wip I've ever seen. I definitely learned a thing or ten (probably more) from this.

Do we get a follow up from the proud owner after he received this beautiful knife?
