  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Who still carries a Case Knife?

Old Hunter Old Hunter these have buffalo horn covers and S35vn blades
Large one is a back pocket and the other is a mini trapper

These look fantastic! Nice handle and bolsters. S35VN is a great steel, and the nail nick looks like on the Scagel slipjoints, Derrick Bohn used to sale a few years ago.

Edit: forgot to ask... is the greyish color on the blades patina? Looks nice, but would be unusual for this steel?

Took the half whittler in shadow bone with me today.
Very sweet knife, only complaint is the little skewed main blade in the open position.

Sweet knife and a really nice photo Bruce. Hope the fish were biting. 😎👍
Thank you! I have had a very good Shad season this year, caught Shad in all four major river systems in NC - that was my goal. Caught the most in the Roanoke and the Neuse, less in the Tar, and the least in the Cape Fear. Getting ready to shift to saltwater (already got into one Bluefish run on Bogue Banks - the small snapper blues) next week trip up to Cape Hatteras to try for some of the Bull Drum and "Chopper" Bluefish. OH
Ps I'll have a Case Knife with me (and a Buck Knife too!)
