Who still carries a Case Knife?

This one today, it is certainly one of my regular carries now. OH

I do on occasion, it hasn't been my go too as of late, but that generally happens when I wind up grabbing new blades. But for some reason I seem to always come back to these trustworthy sidekicks one way or another.

Sometimes I like to pair a traditional with a more modern folder.

So far this is a safe queen.
Put that one in your pocket and to good use! It is a great pattern and one of my favorites. I also favor that shield to the ones they use these days. I carried a mini copperlock with greenbone handles that I bought in '97 or '98 for years that had that same shield. That one is a very nice piece indeed.

Case XX 1972 6318 stockman with beautiful chestnut bone covers!! Gator snap, love it.
I'm glad I pulled the trigger, into the pocket it goes.
Yep, you should be glad about pulling the trigger on that one for sure. Love the red bone handles, I just wish Case would still build them like that. Does this one have the "FOR FLESH ONLY" script on the spey blade?

If I decide to make it a user there is no doubt it would be a top notch carry. I'm not much for multi blade knives, so for now it will remain a photographic model. The quality of this particular piece is as good as it gets. Tastes and situations change. It may yet make the big time.IMG_5918.JPG

I’ve noticed that these trapperlocks, at least the ones without spring assist, are becoming scarce, existing stocks depleting. If you have interest, my sense is you better grab now.

I still buy and use them. I just wished Case would push out more CV / carbon steel knives. Last one I got was this Mahogany peach seed sodbuster jr. Centering is off but I still enjoy using and collecting case knives.
