Hi all!
It's been a while.
I just wanted to share with you the outstanding customer service I received from Case.
I bought a medium stockman when my son was born three and a half years ago.
It's been my only carried knife since then.
After a few drops the covers got cracked and moved a little, I fixed that with epoxy but after a while I contacted Case to see if they could do the repairs for which I was asking to pay.
They covered the replacement of both scales under warranty and sent me back a perfect knife with beautifully matched covers and a full polish .
I thought it was a brand new knife until I saw the deeper pits on the carbon blades I know so well!
