Who still carries a Case Knife?

Heading down to Beaufort and Atlantic Beach today (work, not play unfortunately) got this 6332 in my pocket. OH

Not today, but on Friday I went hunting with a friend and took out my faithful outdoors companion Case large stockman, which is getting handsomer with time just like good wines. The bone is mellowing in color and I love the grey patina

Here it is with some goodies!!

Today at work this 4 dot 6332. Not sure if the bone is red or chestnut but it ticks every box for me. View attachment 2477288
I've posted mine too many times to count. But, one of my favorites of all time! Half stops on all blades, pinned shield, pen blade instead of spey, perfect closed length, pinched bolsters, and that old case bone and carbon steel. It's also a fairly uncommon pattern being a reverse gunstock serpentine. Got those gorgeous lines. Love the full sized clip too as opposed to a Turkish clip. Did I mention buttery smooth gator snap? 😅

Glad you're enjoying yours!! I really like the color on that bone. I'm no expert but I would call that red bone (not "true" red bone due to the era) before I'd call it chestnut 🤷‍♂️

Superb knife (and some tasty outdoor 'tapas' ) One of the best Large Stockman still available and the Amber Bone goes so well with patina. For me, it's a coat-pocket knife as I find it a bit heavy for trouser pocket, but no CASE collection is complete without one of these carbon or stainless, choice is yours😍

Thanks, Will

Carrying my wife to Hyde County to visit Lake Mattamuskeet and the northern shore of the Pamlico Sound today. She has never seen it during waterfowl season; teaming with swan, geese, ducks, shore birds, etc. We are going to explore, hike out to the pier, visit the old pump station turned hunting lodge, etc. My grandfather used to stay in the lodge in the 1930's while goose hunting, I haven't seen it since it has been restored and reopened. EDC'ing my yellow Delrin 3318. OH
