First, every knife Ive bought in the past 4 years(alot) Ive spoken directly with the CEO, owner, maker. They didnt go hookin their knives on the internet "corner" either. I saw what they were capable of, and know the reputation that surrounds the maker. Your maker is a tool IMO.

The front lines? Boy - You have no idea of what you speak. I know the food court is rough, but come on. Nothing is going down. Except your fearless leaders reputation, and profits.........

I don't hate Mantis. I do not like them either. Mantis knives hold no attraction for me. It is the Mickey Mouse way that Jared West went about spamming the forums that I hate. That means that even if they ever do make a knife that appeals to me, I won't be purchasing it. I don't support Mickey Mouse companies.

I would think it's probably cause they are made with US steel. So, they are an American product, assembled in Taiwan. Is this a problem???

Apparently, you do not understand the concept of the militia. It's all in fun. It's just a fun way to be a part of the design process of new knives. Haven't you always wanted to help a major knife company design knives? Have them use some of your input and ideas? That's all it is.

Wrong. Whether they are made of US steel or not, they are a foreign made product and must be marked with CoO.

If Jared West is bypassing US import laws, then yes it is.

If any member here unlucky enough to not be enlisted in the Super Special Ninja Awesome Army can successfully spam other forums to the point where people actually agree that they will never buy a Mantis product, I'll buy them a Spyderco Delica. Well, I guess I can't answer that question for you, I don't know anything about US import laws, I'm just a knife collector.

Seriously though, a lot of you guys are wasting your time on a knife forum. You should be in comedy, cause you got some funny shit to say! I've been LMAO all through this thread. You seem to be much more suited to comedy than knives.
