Lets say you order from a website that says they ship withing 24 hours of ordering.... After ordering you get no email confirmation, no receipt or anything, yet the charge shows on your credit card statement almost immediately. Then 5 days pass and you still have no email confirmation even proving you placed an order, no receipt, no shipping notification, and no response to emails or phone calls......

Would you...

A; just wait until they get ready to respond to you while saying a hope and a prayer that your package finally does ship

B; ask for tracking info or a refund and hope this time they respond

C; file a claim/dispute with your CC company or paypal and be done with it

???

Have you checked the GBU forum to see if said company has any history (good or bad)? There are several that are on my permanent "Do not buy from these ^*%*$s, ever." list.

Depends on the company. If its reputable, I'd go with option B. If its small and no-name ish, I'd do C. F- option A.

Its not a place familiar to me before now, but looks like a reputable site.

I'd shove 4 lbs. of C4 up my ass and blow myself half past kingdom come. That ought to show them Sons a bitches!

HAHAHAHA!!! Great answer.

I needed that laugh today, thanks!!

I went with option B. After waiting 8 days. But in a couple more days option C will be on the table.

Come to find out about 30 minutes ago, they did indeed (supposedly) ship my item out, on Friday the 23rd. I ordered on the 18th. Never got an email confirmation or receipt, Never got a shipping notification, tried calling and left 2 messages as well as emailing asking for an order confirmation but they didnt respond.....

Finally they answered today.... After i sent an email asking for tracking info or an immediate refund. Now they say they have shipped it Friday but dont have any tracking info....
Also i paid 10 bucks for UPS shipping, and they supposedly decided since it was a small item they just shipped it via USPS first class mail and they didnt even write down the tracking info much less reimburse me the difference in shipping.

If i dont have the order in hand in the next couple days ill just file a dispute with my credit card company. They never sent me an order confirmation, receipt, and have no proof they shipped my order.... Hard for me to take them on their word when they didnt bother responding to me until i asked for a refund.

Bought a 92 civic hatchback recently, girlfriend loves it, it's for her, I like it too, jealous of my own buy
I'm a big fan of my Civic, but when you load the family in for a 1200 mile trip, it's fairly tight quarters.

Damn near two hour ride home from work today. That was fun.

Amanda took this picture of Becker. I can't wait to snowshoe with him!

Salt and vinegar are my favorite, Especially if i got some dill pickles to go with them!!

I love topping pizza with salt and vinegar chips AND dill pickles too. Yummy.

Use to, both kids hated salt and vinegar chips and i could eat a bag without having to share it.... Then the little brats started liking them, out of the blue, and now im lucky if i get 4 or 5 whole chips out of a bag LMAO

Neko is jealous. He is the only one here who was hoping for snow. He loves the stuff. Like playing in it and biting it.

Since this is our last xmas here (knock on wood) it would of been nice to get a couple pics of him in the snow though.

I do have this one from last year. Not long after i went and picked the little fella up. He was so little and cute back then HAHA

The trick is to buy two bags and hide one in the shop before anyone else knows about it.

16" on the porch.

Thats a good amount of snow. My family on long island got a good amount too. I haven't been on in a while, hope all you guys are doing well. We are taking my daughter to Disney this upcoming weekend. They don't allow knives. Not that i think i will necessarily need one but it will feel strange not to have one on me. I am thinking about just shoving a remora in my pocket just because. What do you guys think? Anyone have similar scenarios? On the other hand i dont want to get kicked out or have it confiscated either. I can just see the look i would get from my wife, LMAO. :)

Sounds like a candidate for the GBU just to let folks have a heads-up about poor customer service.

That "process" has "potential disaster" for the customer written all over it.

Don't bring it if you don't mind losing it. Security is really high at the park entrance and aside from having a small SAK on your keyring, it might get taken. At least with that you could say it's always there and you forgot about it, as opposed to having to explain a fixed blade in your pocket with 200 families that are not likely to be knife knuts.

Brush it off quick, that shit causes shrinkage!

And keep it south of the boarder damn it!

Hah, my dad apparently found a knife store while walking around a mall (I know which one it is :D) and said he wouldn't mind something small but didn't know which ones were any good :D I'm like... well looks like we're going back tomorrow  They currently have Svord Peasant's on for $15 or $20 so I'm going to buy one, maybe make some wooden handles for it as a mini project or something :D should be fun

16" of snow on the deck.

Please. Get serious. I lost my cars for a while. Finished shovelling (2 hrs. (with the neighbor snowblowing the end of the driveway)) and there was another 2" on the ground when I came in. School is cancelled again tomorrow....but I'll still prolly hafta go to work.

Our Civic looked a little....buried today.

Drifting 4-5 ft., probably 2-3 ft. of snow.

If you look closely, you can see our Civic behind the VW......almost completely buried.
