They last indefinitely as long as the seal isn't broken. But, once opened you must refrigerate them and use them within a week.

Guys, I'm pretty sure that's a real Manbug and they were joking around - why in the world would the buy a counterfeit of a gas station knife? They're most likely being sarcastic.
