Jeff is simply exclaiming his opinion about this thread, It didn't even involve you until you started getting all defensive.
We're all adults here, we can be civil about this.

Your right there isnt, the same as there is no law against being the guy with the long pole who cleans your septic, but no one likes the smell of him stirring up what we choose to leave behind...its come to that simple ol' saying if you don't have something nice to say dont say anything at all...If you feel its beneficial for yourself and or the knife community you participate in I woudl just suggest you contact said people yourself to suggest what they can do to make your viewing pleasure a better experience, you catch more flies with honey, not the honey wagon

i agree,

even though that's a stab at me.

i am getting tired of defending it because that in itself is off topic.

i've backed up my statements and if people choose not to agree that's perfectly fine by me.

i sent jeff an email just so we didn't continue the back and forth in this thread.

I hope all don't jump on the hate party, although there are of course bad reviewers out there none are as bad as the dozens of people make them out to be.
many people are just being plain rude and misinformed.
i know you guys are going to start criticizing me now but that's okay.
 
hey man got your message and left a long reply then it didnt send? anyway without going into details...thats cool no problem, and I get it, lol...love to meet ya sometime to talk knives or whatever, I wont continue to assume you meant foul by starting this thread even if it looked to be the reason, and it had nothing to do with me anyway maybe I stuck my head into a sticky rabbit hole for no reason and now I got fur on me and its annoying, lol, no hard feelings, constructive criticism is always welcome and your not alone wanting a mostly knife channel to be completely about knives thats cool, I get it

lmao, crazy thing is I only started watching his video after he lost all his weight so when I saw a older video of his I couldnt believe it was him.

Good for you cutlery lover you look great dude, you can tell you feel a lot better to. Keep it up bro.
 
Man, I don't even know what this thread is about anymore, are we actually critiquing youtube channels or are we just going to hurl insults at each other. I'm not subscribed to a whole lot of knife related channels on youtube, I feel like a lot of what is reviewed has been done before so its redundant to subscribe to so many channels. I like reviewers who are more creative in their approach in the sense that they offer a fresh perspective on a topic/knife or they introduce me to knife/topic I don't know about. Even though I don't subscribe to a whole lot I still appreciate the time and effort most people put into their videos and its nice to see things from a different perspective.

I know youtube is filled with a lot of copy cats and immitators who dont add much to the discussion, but thats how the internet works you get the good with the bad. If i like something, I watch it, If i like it a lot i favorite it, If the channel puts consistent material I subscribe to it and if i get tired of it I unsubscribe. I don't feel like I'm owed anything by anybody on youtube, I appreciate the time and effort the channels I subscribe to put into pleasing their viewers but I could care less if they decided to do hot sauce videos for the rest of their life. Its their life and their channel they can do as they please, I'll find something else to do with my free time.
 
Just want to thank everyone involved in this thread for keeping me thoroughly entertained in class for a few hours earlier today. Keep up the good work so I have more material to read for tomorrow ^^
 
ok no channel is perfect and we all have our egos and crap but if you dislike the content of another youtuber why don't you not watch or if you feel you can cover said topic better do your own video about it instead of being a whining dick wiesel on the blade forums
