Yep - worse than Lay's Potato Chips

Yeah...I let it sit in my cart too long last go 'round...getem while ya can. This might be the real last chance.

The PROMO BK4 arrived today. UPS left it on my front door and I barely made it home before it started raining. The only downside is there was no outer sleeve and the box was kinda beat up. But the blade is perfect, so I am happy.

There is just something about a stamped blade.... And the smooth coating....

Now I need a stamped BK9 with smooth coating.

After a long wait, the Azwelke sheath for the BK5 arrived. This makes the BK5 perfect in both function and form.

How in the Sam Hill did you score a PROMO BK4 this late in the game? I was looking for one last month, and finally gave in and stocked up on the newer model before they were gone too.

May the best man win, I guess....................I've been clicking on the clearance page like a monkey hoping for another cookie, but to no avail. Congrats on your new BK. Glad they're going to good homes. :)

At the current price, there's no excuse for anyone in the market for a good fixed blade to not have Bk15

Nothing like having back ups for back ups . I can't let a good deal go by myself . Seems like the 15 supply is getting fewer .

YES it is.............I paid a lot more this week for one after Optics Planet waited 12 days before cancelling my order because they couldn't fill it.

Well, I just added a stamped BK9 to the herd. Now I have to get another BK5 to make things equal - 2 each of the big boys. Then I need Azwelke sheaths for the BK4 and BK9 - the one I just received for the BK5 is sweet.

USPS is really starting to tick me off. This last one was to be delivered today, but has not left the original sort facility in the sender's state. No reason why. The last one was delivered late after being out for delivery, but ending up on the other side of town that night.

And to top it off, the key for my mailbox won't insert into the lock and a replacement takes a week.

Finally, the stamped BK9 with BK13 in a box sits in my safe. I did not realize how much I would like the BK13, even being made China. It seems like a handy little blade.

Without hesitation, or conscience realization, I just opened a super size bag of Lay's chips. And I still have salt on my fingers from the first bag.

I messed up big time - just ordered a stamped BK15. I now realize that I am now on a quest of NIB stamped blades in all sizes. A mighty quest to say the least. I blame the BK5 for starting this addiction to stamped blades. Considering I live by the "two is one and one is none" rule, that means buying a stamped version as a "back-up" to the etched "user".

"Hello, my name is John and I am a Becker addict."

Hello John, my name is Jason, and I'm also Becker addict. And your train of thought is so in line with mine that I could have typed it.

"Hello, my name is Jim and I am a Becker addict". Hopefully the Feds will not ever regulate this drug.

The stamped BK15 arrived today. So glad I was able to snag one from Ka-Bar because this one is perfect.

Hello Al, Jason, Marco and Jim - it felt good to admit my addiction.
