Young knife collectors/users - deux

Hey guys, figured I'd jump on too. Coleton-18 and just got bit by the bug so I don't have much.. Yet ;)
Got a BM Grip with some custom g10 scales on the way, a Spyderco Byrd and tenacious, and a Bradley Alias 2 on the way. Hopefully a 942 very soon too.
Pics as soon as I get everything.

Very nice! Your of to a good start! And thanks for bumping the thread! ;)

Welcome! That's a very good start. Now you just need an: everything else!

Yes, this thread needed a bump. Anyway, I've got three of the 5 knife making videos finished. I will post a thread in General when they're all done.

Here is a picture of the new sebbie on a railing at a yurt in the Colorado backcountry, and another one of the same knife above the rest of Boulder. (The second picture was taken at NCAR; google it for a location.)

Using the BK17 to process wood that was downed in a recent wind storm:

 The 17 is the only one I don't have! It was originally the tweener I first wanted......soon......after a delica.......and a bk2.....lol Great photos Eli!

Nice score! Those RAM's look awesome :)

Thanks Matty! It really is. It has the best manual flipping action for a knife under $100. It fires out as it were assisted, and it hits harder than my 0350 ever did. The lock is kind of a pain though, it's hard to get a grip on it to disengage. Closing this one handed like you would an Axis or compression lock is a feat that I'm working on now, my fingers are pretty beat up. :D

I may be displaying more ignorance then usual but; one what?:confusion:

One bump of this thread, I think.

What do you guys do as far as and EDC rotation? The same knife every day? Or do you have a rotation? Or is it just "wake up and grab a knife" type of thing?

Here's my current EDC rotation. I carry them all about equally.

I have a rotation, kind of. Several traditionals, and some moderns. The moderns, are obviously my 0200 and Adamas. My RDSW Skyline gets carried a lot too, and so does my new RAM. One of the moderns gets paired with a traditional, but how they get chosen is unknown to me. Just what I feel like carrying at that time.

I carry what ever I feel like carrying that day. I always have 3 or more knives on me. My SAK Classic on my keys, my ESEE Izula on my belt and what ever folder I feel like carrying that day. Lately I haven't been able to get my ZT0566 out of my pocket :D

What if you need to cut something? :D
