+1, welcome!

"Two Weeks"...

:D (If you don't get it, you don't spend enough time in the Busse forum. ;))

Here are the three parts that actually cover making the knife. The first part about materials and saftey and the last part about testing will come in "two weeks."

Quoting myself so that the videos are on the fresh page.

;) Now go find that one of the Falkniven/BRKT collab in midnight tiger G10. :D

Yes Master! :p

Get yourself a can of blue spray-paint and you'll be good to go! ;)

Close, but no cigar. (Plus you're under age, I can't give you a cigar.)

Trust me, I have searched everywhere for that picture. It was limited to only a few made with Fallkniven A1 blades with full-tang BRKT white/black G10 handles. No one even seems to have talked about them. :(

Lost my two flashlights and my Adamas today, then my phone crapped out. Today's been real good to me.

So how's everyone doing knife wise lately?

I am 19, my collection consists of a Desert Prince from Case, Ontario Rat 1, Ontario EOD Karambit, Ontario SP-10 (I like Ontario a bit), a SOG Tech Bowie, and a Kershaw Asset. I have my eyes on a couple more Case knives, and then saving up to get a custom made :D

I have been on vacation and on my way back I bought a used pink kershaw leek at an antique store. While on vacation I went kayaking and zip-lining, my Izula with me the whole time.

Sorry to hear about that--what happened?

I am going to be frantically saving and making money to pay $465 for my Spyderco grail--a World Trade Center.

Welcome! That's a good lineup. The RAT 1 is one of my favorites. It looks like you need a Spyderco of some sort.

I have been on vacation and on my way back I bought a used pink kershaw leek at an antique store. While on vacation I went kayaking and zip-lining, my Izula with me the whole time.

Sounds like fun! What kind of Kershaw is it?

^It's fine now, after a few phone calls and a drive back to the airport, I got my bag. They had left it in another state during a connecting flight, and they promised me they'd bring it on the next flight in. Could you imagine the heart attack I almost received when I thought I had lost over $250 worth of gear, including my trusty Adamas?

And that after you went through trading it and then trading for it back! Well, at least it worked out.

CJZ, I would have thrown up if that happened to me, glad you got them back.
SBK, It was a lot of fun and it is a pink kershaw leek. I will post pics later. Good luck saving for a world trade center.

I am saving for a kayak.

I need to save for an Emerson. Enough with BM's and Kershaw/ZT, I met a guy with an Emerson Roadhouse in his pocket today and its awesome! The wave feature is just the bees knees, it was a really solid knife, and had awesome ergos.

You'll like the Leek. I didn't like the shape until I got one.

I'm waiting for the Kershaw/Emerson lineup to see if I like the wave. Good luck on your Emerson quest!

I was looking at the Spyderco Matriarch but I have no idea what I will use it for

Cutting things?

+1 on the Leek.... I had one in G10/S30V for a time, awesome knife, just a bit too small for me.

This is my second leek, i have another one in olive drab. Also CJZ, I have an Emerson mini commander and it is a great knife, the only flaw is that the steel if reaaaaaly soft and it does not hold an edge well. If it weren't for this it would be my favorite knife.

I plan to get one that can be carried in the back of a truck. This will be my first kayak that I own, but i have rented them before. I also want to get a spyderco salt because i will mostly be paddling in salt water/brackish.
