Kershaw Skyline stands out for me, I really haven't been able to find another knife I like as much, for any price.
Also great is the Byrd line and the Kabar Dozier hunter line. I need to try an COndor product, but Idon't use fixed blades that often, so they keep getting bumped down the list. Same with Opinel, I know they're well-liked, but I really like clips and one-hand opening.

I would say that it would have to be the kershaw skyline that i got for 10 bucks at the factory sale. i love kershaw.

Victorinox Solo. The blade geometry of Victorinox knives is worth having on its own merits, without additional tools.
It is a knife and doesn't try to be anything else, and I love it because of that.
