Really glad I did. Don't think I'd be satisfied with an 83. I liked the stainless 42 I had a long ways ago, too. You get the burlap too or different trim?

I've always liked GECs burlap. It's got the warmth and some of the "grain" look of a figured wood with nice light weight and sturdiness.

Yanni, Willem is a great person to deal with. The problem is, power outages where he lives. So, communications and getting the knives completed take time.( around 1 month).
