Thank you.QJerry, i very much like your Weids knife and have never seen a similar knife. Is the blade spring loaded ? and what's with the 2 pieces projecting from the end of the handle ? And, does saw blade have a lock when open ?

When I was bidding I think I saw a similar looking 'Springer' in a picture on the forum. Mine is not spring loaded or supposed to be, I think, the lock is a protruding knob in the back.
The saw is not locking. The little pincer in the back slides out and is for shotgun shells or fish hooks??? I was really happy with it's condition.
