Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

I love the style of the #65 and had been watching for one to have customized by Herman Williams . I have quite a few Schrade knives that he has re-handled for me in White Bone and when I saw one with the Primitive Bone etch I jumped on it. I know some collectors really like the Primitive Bone but it just doesn't strike a cord for me. Now Smooth White Bone without a shield...that's another matter.

That is a fantastic customization job! It looks more like a gentleman's knife now.

Hello everyone, I just got this in the mail today; I do not know what the blade steel is but the stag is rather nice. The fit and finish is also VERY good! I got myself a winner here.

This just arrived today! Quite stiff, but perfectly centered and no gaps anywhere. It will go in my pocket with me to work tomorrow. :)

Thank you Paul! The Hawkbill is my favorite pattern; just love it. And with funds being a bit tight lately, the re-covers are a very nice "bang for the buck"

I picked this one up in a pawn shop in TX last month. I tried to leave the patina/tarnish but the more I looked at it, the more I needed to know how easy this knife has had it.

This morning I got some 5000 grit and water and went to work. I didn't want to polish it. Just knock off the tarnish and give it a satin finish.

Just received this Case Hawkbill Pruner 61011 SS Burnt Amber Bone

Blade is centered and tight . Pull is maybe a 6 and my wife can open it without the nick. F & F is not as good as my Northfield 47 but there is a big cost difference too. But the F & F is pretty darn good. Blade is flush in closed , half/stop , and open .Blade is sharp . Very happy with it . It will be gifted at Christmas and I will be proud to give it away . This will be nice a knife to have and use for it's intended purpose . I also might add that I feel that the F & F of my Northfield 47 may very well be the best of my 25 different Northfields. I was not trying to knock this Case .

Beautiful! You said it was going to be a gift, do you need my address?

This arrived today. My wife has decided that since I'm teaching my daughter about knives and she and I are really getting into older slipjoints ( mainly Case so far) that she wanted in on the fun so here's her first. 1980 Appaloosa CV peanut.

The best thing about the wife and daughter sharing my newly re-acquired love of the slippie is I get to buy 3 times as many!

Thank you very much Meako . The knife is brand new out of the box today . Knife was made June of 2015.
Also : Thank you John ( netguy1999 )
Sonny14 : Yes , it will be a gift at Christmas . I don't need your address , but having it would be okay . This will be only 1 of 5 knives to be gifted by me this year. At least that is the count today . 1 Case , 2 Northfields , and 2 Tiddyoooos .

Picked this up today. It was an impulse buy. I really wasn't looking for a stockman. But for 20 bucks I couldn't turn it down.

Just arrived in the mail today! I have to say that the fit and finish on this knife is hands down the best of all my 77 Barlows.
