This fella has an interesting history. Some of you may recognise him.

I recently received this GORGEOUS fixed blade from Austin Goldman. The 1095 blade is 5" long, and I just can't get over the combination of walnut and brass. Austin is a very talented blade maker.

I have had my eye on his work for a few weeks. I am gonna get one of his blades soon.

I'm guessing the words that came out of your mouth when that happened were marginally stronger than "Oh no!". On a serious note, did GEC do the repair job?

haha, moving em some of em out already as best as I can. i think the prize of the bunch is the TC, which was basically subsidized if i sell everything. which brings me back to even steven with the one I got at the rendezvous

Twas not I who abused this fella. Our forum member Txjohn had gifted it to a friend of his. His friend broke it. John sent it to GEC for repair. When he got it back his friend was not interested in getting it back :confused::eek:. Long story short, John offered it to me.:D
