Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Thank you as well, Jake. I oiled the joints and sharpened blades last night and it's in my pocket for the first time this morning. Really neat little knife.

I failed to post a photo of the date stamp but I believe it's the 1965-1969 tang stamp as I don't see any dots there. There might be some dots hidden behind the bolster but I don't think so. This knife taught me something that I wasn't aware of. I didn't know Case did the "As Ground" blade finish that long ago. I had assumed that it was something relatively new to the Case lineup.

My most recent knife from the forum. :)

Nice one, John!

I seem to recall that the seller wasn't sure what those covers are. Is that Red Stag?

These three just came in the mail a couple days ago: a 79 Workhorse Whittler in Brown Curly Maple, a 57 Half-Whit in Green Horn, and a 92 Eureka in Smooth Ivory Bone.

Ah! You beat me on the 57 and 79. I saw them pop up on the retailer's website, but I was tooo slow.

Edit: If you ever get tired of that 79... dot dot dot...

Just got this one at the gun show last weekend.
Never would have thought this would be there.
It is a Schrade by GEC auto. This one is in Red Smoked Acrylic. There were only 16 of this handle material made.
A very unique auto knife. Pressure on the button away from the bolster fires the blade.

Looking good, Alan! Enjoy them, my friend.

I received this Keen Kutter in the mail today. A little too shiny, but I'll see if I can fix that.
