Been hankering for one of the GEC H10 fixed blades, and finally pulled the trigger. Next to the 2016 BF for size comparison.

Very nice! I've always been eyeing those up, but never pulled the trigger. Your picture makes me think perhaps it's time!

I just ordered an orange GEC 71! My company color is orange so it's kind of cool.

Stock photo. Kind of excited.

It's still dark here at 8.30 in the morning so a blurry pic is all I could manage in the time....

This came in yesterday, a GEC 14 Jack by JSR Sports in Oily Creek Bone. When I got the 14 single blade (top) I admit to being disappointed. The build quality was there but the knife felt skimpy, thin scales and pencil-like. The 2 bladed Jack is in great contrast, the extra thickness (including the bone slabs) is just what this small knife needs. I usually prefer single-blades over Jacks but in small knives' case they certainly work better in the hand as a 2 blade Jack. The build is if anything, even better than the Rust Red single, the blade opens out smartly to the spring with no droop and the bone is very interesting with fine ageing potential.

Just in, a cougar clawed bone #74. I was too slow to get a dark one, but found a more reddish-brown that I liked a lot.
