Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Delivered a little more than a week ago. It's a stainless paring knife with micarta scales. Will try it out as a backpacking fixed blade.

Went to the monthly flea market and a vendor had a quite nice collection of Schrade Walden folders I had not seen before. He said he got them from a collector and there was quite a nice selection of Schrade Walden's in great condition; mostly in Delrin covers. Among them were some Case knives and this one caught my eye. Had I more cash on hand I would also be posing a Schrade Walden 4" Stockman, however this Case in beautiful Red Bone won out. Hopefully he will be there next month so I can pick up a couple more.

1972 (8 dot) Case Red Bone 06247, Single Spring, Serpentine Pen knife. Never sharpened. Bear trap springs 8-main and 10/10 on the Pen. Cannot open the Pen with the main blade closed, but working on fixing that.

I just received this Gent's Trapper from Evan, and it's a really nice piece. 3" closed with 1/16" S35vn blades and hand checkered Ebony covers.

Man o man, you are on a roll Ben. First the Dunlap, now this. Good thing pants have two front pockets.

Picked up this Case CV 62009 1/2 8-Dot (1972) Barlow with saw cut delrin covers from a dealer. It is very close to mint but I'm going to stick it in my pocket and carry it anyway. As noted, it is CV and I'm going to let it turn to whatever with use - no forced patina etc.. The delrin covers will wear nicely. Very stiff springs on this knife. The pull on the main clip blade is on the plus side of 6 (almost a 7) and the pull on the pen blade is an 8.

No pix as I arrived home in the dark.

Got a really decent Winchester Black Box Whittler from D.B.Cooper on the Exchange. Fine bone, nice useful blade selection- Clip master, Pen, Small Clip. W&T impressive, bone is sensational. OK there's a gap and minor play but this does not detract from a NOS knife from 1989. Well content!

I also got this gem today
It glows real nice
